What counts as urgent?
Water or sewer leaks and backups, loss of water or power, sparks or exposed wires, and anything that makes a home unsafe or unlivable. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
What happens after I submit a request?
You get a receipt number. Management reviews the request, acknowledges it, assigns a team member and records the outcome when it is closed. Response times depend on the issue and your agreement.
Will I be asked how it went?
About three days after a request is closed, you may get a short optional survey. You can rate the service, leave a comment or a compliment, or skip it.
Do I need to tip?
No. Tipping is never required, and every resident receives the same maintenance service. Online tipping is not available yet.
Who fixes what?
Park infrastructure and common areas are reported to management. If you own your home, repairs to the home are usually yours under your lot agreement. Management can review anything you are unsure about.
