Globe Mobile Home Park offers lot rentals and, when homes are available, park owned home rentals and lease to own arrangements. Terms vary by home and are always confirmed in writing before you sign anything.

- Lot rent covers your homesite; park owned home rentals are separate agreements.
- All residents complete an application and approval before moving in.
- Lease documents are prepared from approved templates and reviewed by management before signing.
- Electronic signing through Dropbox Sign is planned but not yet active, we'll never treat a checkbox or typed name as a legal signature.
Planning for future rent
When planning your housing budget, keep in mind that rent may change over time. Any change will follow your rental agreement and applicable notice requirements. Future rent amounts have not been set, and this website does not promise a fixed five year rent schedule. Contact management with questions about your agreement or current charges.
Space rent and park owned home rent are separate charges with separate agreements. Ask management which one applies to your situation, and always rely on your own written agreement and any written notice you receive, not on this general explanation.
