What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, contact details, site number, and your message. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, card numbers, or bank details on this site.
Who sees it
Your submission is stored privately and is visible only to park management accounts. Staff see maintenance requests needed for their work. Other residents and the public never see it.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule work, and keep a record of requests. We do not sell your information. Safety reports are not sent to police automatically; calling 911 or the police is always your choice.
Newsletter
We email you only if you check the consent box. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask management to remove you at any time.
Community listings
Yard sales and local offers are published only after management review, and only the location and contact details you gave permission to show.
